yup im doing great I guess i didnt know that i had IBS and my infection was in my intestines thats why i lost almost 30 pounds but now that I know what I can do to control the flare ups of IBS I have been doing great I love the new house specialy my jaccuzzi bathtub and the backyard deck is the length of the house so I do alot of relaxing my stress level has went way down since i moved here
I tell you what i never realized life could be this good how happy i have been since i moved in i must have been depressed at the old place because i feel like a whole new person.
hopefully ill be even funnier lol

BTW, congrats on the new house Shelly! And I’m glad you’re finally feeling better. Be sure to eat lots of fiber, or take Benefiber or Activia or something. And don’t smoke (that’ll do a number on irritable intestines)…

I eat activia every day and the smoking part I quit smoking june 8th 2008 so its been over a year since i quit yeah!!!!!!! i hate smoking and i cant be around anyone who does now you never know how bad it really is untill you quit then your like what the hell was I thinking ever starting”
